Compliance & documentation

Traceability that
stands up to scrutiny.

Commercial confidence comes from linking the requirements to the product, lot, market and documented farming origin.

Specific, documented,
buyer-relevant.

Artemis supports full traceability through farmer and lot identification, with certified farmer polygon records used to support relevant due-diligence requirements. Phytosanitary Certificate and Certificate of Origin are coordinated per shipment where required.

For destination-specific requirements—including EUDR due diligence, JAS, USDA Organic and Fairtrade—we assess the product, documentation and certificate scope for the proposed transaction. Organic supply is widely available; certificate availability and validity are confirmed per lot.
